TQ-500是表面經(jīng)過有機(jī)處理的沉淀法二氧化硅消光粉，特別適用于厚涂型溶劑、水性涂料體系。TQ-500具有易分散、消光性好、增加滑性、懸浮性好等特性。和TQ-412一樣應(yīng)用于色漆中時(shí)，涂層的表面性能依然優(yōu)越而且表面極度平滑。TQ-500適用于水性涂料，雙組份聚氨酯涂料、木器漆、透明漆、烘烤型涂料、自干型涂料、UV涂料等行業(yè)。二氧化硅類消光粉易分散，可在生產(chǎn)過程中的任何階段添加，應(yīng)該用高速分散機(jī)分散，不能研磨，否則影響它的消光效率。如果使用TQ-412后引起干燥時(shí)間延長，可改用或添加TQ-500。其他條件不變，隨著消光粉用量的增加，消光（啞光）增強(qiáng)。
TQ-500 is a precipitation silica matting powder with organically treated surface, especially suitable for thick coating solvent and water-based coating systems. TQ-500 has the characteristics of easy dispersion, good matting, increased slip, and good suspension. When used in the same paint as TQ-412, the surface performance of the coating is still excellent and the surface is extremely smooth. TQ-500 is suitable for water-based coatings, two-component polyurethane coatings, wood coatings, clear coatings, baking coatings, self-drying coatings, UV coatings and other industries. Silica-based matting powder is easy to disperse and can be added at any stage in the production process. It should be dispersed with a high-speed disperser and cannot be ground, otherwise its matting efficiency will be affected. If the drying time is prolonged after using TQ-412, TQ-500 can be used or added. Other conditions remain unchanged, with the increase of the amount of matting powder, the matting (matte) is enhanced.
